- We mainly use extra large knot-less butt logs to saw high quality timber for the woodworking- and furniture industry. Our customers use the Redwood scantlings e.g. to make window- and door frames.
- We use only wood from known and trusted source (PeFC-certified)
- Solid products of high quality, where no adhesive layers are found, ensure a long and reliable lifespan.
- For drying in our 3-chamber timber drying kiln sawdust and bark, from the sawmill, is used as an energy source for the drying process.
- We can dry the timber up to the customer specifications (e.g. transport dry.)
- Half of the timber is exported in the EU.
- Finnstamm Oy is a member of The Federation of Sawmill Enterpreneurs (200 members) and The Federation of Finnish Enterprises (115.000 members)
